This three-part journey builds astrology from the inside out: first understanding what you are through the luminaries, then how you express that energy through the signs, and finally where you evolve through the houses. Together, these classes transform the natal chart from a collection of symbols into a living map of self-understanding and personal growth.

1.1 The Luminaries: Who You Are

When astrologers say that you are more than your Sun Sign, it is because each chart has every planet, asteroid, node etc that must be taken into account. If the Sun is simply your egoic expression, what do the other planets mean?
In this first class, we will explore the foundation of astrology, and the essence of each luminary in detail, so you will instinctively know the correspondences of your being.
1.2 The Signs: How You Express

Once you know the luminaries and the pieces of you they represent, then you must look at the signs they are in to understand the lens through which the energy of each part is expressed. For example, you may approach relationships with Leo energy, but you may think like a Gemini.
In this second class, you will learn the patterns of the zodiac through the elemental and energetic design of each sign, so this knowledge becomes a natural understanding, rather than memorization.
1.3 The Houses: Where You Evolve
Thurs. Oct. 1
Tying it all together, are the slices of the wheel where each luminary resides – 12 houses representing 12 areas of life. In a natal chart, these are the earthy qualities of an incarnation and are a map of priorities, lessons, and opportunities.
In this third class, we will wander through each house, plus spend time at the four angles or doorways, so that you will confidently feel at home in the chart, instead of like an uninvited and uncomfortable guest.
Phase 2: Decoding the Stars
As a continuation to Phase 1, or for those who already possess a good understanding of the basics, welcome to the next level.
Having established a strong foundation in the natal chart, this second phase explores the relationships, subtleties, and timing that bring astrology to life. By mastering aspects, degrees, and transits, you’ll move beyond static chart interpretation into a deeper understanding of personality, life cycles, and the unfolding patterns of human experience.

2.1 The Aspects: Harmony & Chaos

Once you understand the fundamentals of astrology, it’s time to look at how the luminaries interact with one another. The planets do not work in isolation, rather their energies play with each other through electromagnetic fields of angles, polarities, and influence, forming harmonious and chaotic relationships.
In this fourth class, you will become intimate with each aspect and the patterns they create, so that you see the story between the interconnections, rather than just a bunch of lines.
2.2 The Degrees: Nuanced Expression

As you look at charts more often and more closely, you start to notice how there are minute variations in personal expression, which is explained by the degrees of the signs.
In this fifth class, we will dissect each degree, from 0-29, and how they distinctively impact the signs in a surprisingly easy to comprehend manner. Plus, we will explore critical degrees and their associated karmic lessons.
2.3 The Transits: Predictive Influence

The luminaries are constantly moving and shifting, and their influence in each moment is felt, whether you know it or not. Through familiarity with the transits, one can more clearly understand past actions or events, and even identify the energetic forces that will impact and shape the future.
In this sixth class, you will experience a culmination of divine awareness, now having the complete knowledge required to analyze the current transits’ interaction with a natal chart.
